Horseshoe Hotel, Egton Bridge, Whitby, North Yorkshire
The Horsehoe Hotel is a dog-friendly inn serving delicious food and comfortable accommodation. It is located within the quaint North Yorkshire village of Egton Bridge on the banks of the River Esk. It is the perfect location for taking a load off after exploring the North York Moors National Park.
There are 6 en suite rooms available which all come with a TV, Wi-Fi, ethical toiletries and handmade chocolates. Dogs even get a treat on arrival. A full English breakfast is served in the morning made with locally sourced ingredients and eggs from the owner's chickens. You can also enjoy lunch and dinner. At the bar there is a range of beverages on offer including 3 guest beers.
Located within the grounds of the hotel lies a farm shop which sells homemade refreshments, coffee, cakes and unique gifts.
There are several walking routes including the famous Coast to Coast trail which pass by. Nearby coastal spots include Whitby, Sandsend and the beautiful sandy beaches of Robin Hood’s Bay & Runswick Bay.
