Sutton Park B&B offers comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation located close to South Shore in Blackpool, Lancashire. The B&B is located half way between Blackpool Tower and the Pleasure Beach, and right in the middle of Central and South Pier. They are 50 yards from the beach and St Chad's tram stop at the top of the road.

There are a range of guest rooms available including standard double, budget, superior twin and superior king rooms. They have 2 family suites which comprise of 2 rooms (with an interconnecting door) with 4ft wide bunks in the children's room. These bunks will sleep children up to the age of 16. If you have more than 2 young children who can share, please telephone to book as this is discretionary. There is a free water cooler on the first floor landing for the benefit of all guests.
