The B&B is a few minutes walk from town centre and restaurants, pubs, harbour, marina, theatres, abbey, beach and Seaton cliffs.

Breakfast comprises of unlimited fruit juices, cereals, tea and coffee. A traditional Scottish cooked breakfast made with local produce is available and very popular. For something different, why not try the world famous Arbroath Smokie hot with butter. If a lighter breakfast is required, pancakes and croissants are available.

Our Norwegian log house is set within 12 acres of our own grounds, guaranteeing as much peace and quiet as you desire.

The bed and breakfast is just 10 minutes walk away from one of Scotland's best kept secrets, the award winning Lunan Bay.

You can enjoy a wonderful walk along the beach, then along the cliff tops to the small coastal village of Auchmithie.

During the breeding season, you can watch the puffins nesting on the cliffs at Auchmithie, which is a fantastic sight. There is also a lookout hut for birdwatchers which is filled with lots of useful information about the wildlife that can be seen. In addition, dolphins are frequent visitors to the bay in the summer months.

All Bedrooms have their own television and have coffee and tea making facilities in the living room within the bed and breakfast apartment.

We offer a wonderful cooked breakfast with the occasional variation on a theme included or there are continental pastries and homemade muffins and pancakes. Evening meals or simple.
Montrose, Arbroath and Brechin are close by with Dundee, Perth and Aberdeen not too far away there are many places to visit and things to do.

Kescoweth sits in almost three acres of garden and is a safe haven for children to play.

Accommodation is all en-suite, off street parking is also available.
