We have an array of completely refurbished and comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The spacious rooms include 1 ground-floor double, 1 twin, 1 first-floor twin/double, 1 superior twin and 1 single bedroom.

All our rooms included a range of facilities for a relaxing stay: cable/satellite TV, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee-making facilities, hair dryer, linen, towels and an en suite or private bathroom.

You can start the day with our wonderful breakfast, including a Border breakfast with haggis, a full cooked breakfast or vegetarian. All our ingredients are homemade and locally sourced whenever possible. We also make our bread where possible. Cereals, porridge, fruit and yoghurt are all available.

After a busy day sightseeing, relax in the communal lounge. We also have secure storage for bikes and a range of bicycle repair and cleaning equipment.

Our guest house is close to Hadrian's Wall and Pennine Way long-distance footpath, making us a great base for exploring the area. Within easy walking distance, there are shops, places to eat, bus stops and a railway station.
