to do! It has been a market town since the 13th century and still has a market
in the pedestrianised centre every Thursday and Saturday. Whether you want to
browse the shops, have a coffee/tea or cold drink in the Market Square, visit
the museums and galleries or cruise on Derwent Water, Keswick is a wonderful
place for your holiday or short break.
If your desire
is to absorb the spectacular, breath taking scenery which surrounds this small
market town on foot, there are innumerable walks starting right outside our
front door!
Keswick boasts
numerous pubs and restaurants some serving local Keswick Brewery ales and
Cockermouth based Jennings Cumbrian Ales too!
