Our bed & breakfast is situated on the sunny West Sussex coast in the tranquil village of Felpham. Just over a mile to the West is Bognor Regis with its railway station and direct trains to and from London. The beach is only two minutes walk away and a wide promenade leads to the town of Bognor Regis itself. Historic Arundel and the cathedral city of Chichester lie but a short distance away.

Accommodation is offered in an architecturally remodelled 1920’s detached chalet bungalow set in its own grounds with a fine row of oak trees on its eastern boundary. Guests have their own private entrance through the Wisteria arbour. Here you will also find a seating area where you may relax in the sun with a book or simply finish that morning cup of coffee. Spacious accommodation is offered on the first floor in the south facing double bedroom or the twin bedroom which enjoys the morning sun.

For holiday makers and those on business, the peacefulness of Willow Tree Cottage offers a relaxing stay ‘away from it all’ yet close to the amenities of the quiet village of Felpham with its flint walls and traditional charm.

For those arriving by road parking is available on the the gravel drive in front of the house.
