Accommodation includes a full and varied choice of
breakfast.
The village centre is only a five minute walk away.
Either stroll along the promenade or along the road past Blake’s Cottage (home
of the celebrated English poet, painter, and printmaker from 1800 to 1804).
There you will find a choice of village shops,
restaurants, public houses, tea rooms, hairdressers, dentists, corner shop and
a post office as well as a chemist and bank. In the centre of the village lies
St Mary’s church which dates back to 1086.
The local bus service from the village offers quick
journeys into Bognor Regis and its railway station which is on the main line to
London.
From Willow Tree cottage one can walk along the promenade
either west to Bognor Regis or east towards Littlehampton to enjoy a slightly
wilder length of sea shore where one may observe, in its quieter moods, various
seabirds in their natural habitat.
