Grove Farm B & B in Kimbolton, Herefordshire, offers glorious B&B accommodation on a small livestock farm in over 40 acres of land.

The bedrooms are separate from the house: they have their own entrance and therefore can be let as a complete semi self contained unit. Beautiful views are seen from each window. The bed linen is top quality Egyptian cotton sheets with either blankets or duvets. For families a "smaller" fifth member can be put up on a "Z-bed".

Breakfast includes a variety of cereals, fresh fruit, local yoghurt, cheeses, freshly baked croissants, homemade jams and marmalades. The sausage, bacon and eggs if not from Grove Farm itself will be from other local producers. Mushrooms when available are picked from the fields and tomatoes from the garden.

There are many things to do whilst staying at the B&B, not only on the farm but in the beautiful countryside of Herefordshire. There are many lovely walks and bicycle rides around the quiet lanes surrounding the farm. Nearby, there are many sporting activities available such as golf, tennis, a riding school, fishing and the local leisure centre which are all within a 5 mile radius.

Eighteenth and Nineteenth century maps, prints and original watercolours add the finishing touch to these charming rooms, individually furnished with period pine furniture. Low beamed ceilings and half-timbered walls instil an aura of warmth and cosiness. All are handsomely appointed with all the expected facilities of a modern household and additionally, a small library.

The magnificent flagstone floor and vaulted ceiling complete the atmosphere of comfort and charm. Here we serve meals to our guests. Leading off the dining room is the terrace with its panoramic views of the valley where breakfast and dinner may be served on those days when summer smiles on us.
