Walford Court is a luxurious 500 year old Tudor house that now offers comfortable and romantic B&B accommodation in Leintwardine near Ludlow, Shropshire.
Our bed and breakfast is set in a tranquil setting within 20 acres of stream bordered grounds. The scenic setting is outstandingly beautiful and peaceful, and located within one of the three most tranquil spots in the country, according to the Council for the protection of rural England.
On fine sunny days we are happy to serve breakfasts or evening meals in the garden amidst the birdsong! All our meals are home cooked using home grown or local produce, with eggs from our pampered 'girls' in the orchard! Your romantic and relaxing break can be tailored your needs, so come along to walk, cycle, paint, draw, enjoy nature and eat good home gown food - in short enjoy the countryside and leave any stress behind!
The area is quintessentially English with living villages, great walking and cycling, and plenty of wildlife spotting! Ludlow with its slow food award and fabulous restaurants is a 10 minute drive away. This is slow country living at its best!
