Our bed and breakfast has 4 guest rooms available; each is individually decorated and comfortably furnished to ensure you have a good night stay.

The Pink Room has a large double bed, en suite shower room and lovely views of the landscaped garden and fields beyond. All of the B&B rooms have been suitably designed to accommodate all groups from couples to families & contractors. The Peach Room is a spacious B&B room. It has rural views, a double bed and an en suite shower room.

The Mint Room & The Primrose Room are situated within our barn conversion and both offer twin beds on the ground floor and basic double beds on the mezzanine levels. There is an en suite shower room on the ground floors and the mezzanine levels are accessible via a fixed wooden ladder with handrails making it only suitable for fully mobile persons.

Breakfast is freshly prepared each morning and is made using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Our bacon & sausage is specially prepared for us by local Butchers and our free range eggs are delivered daily fresh from a local farm, all other produce is sourced from local shops. We are happy to cater to any special dietary requirements however please let us know in advance to ensure we have everything we need.

Our bed and breakfast is close to the Nottinghamshire/Lincolnshire border in the heart of Sherwood Forest, Robin Hood Country. Newark-on-Trent being an antique collector's paradise and the home of the Newark and Nottinghamshire showground. Our rural bed and breakfast is set among miles of unspoilt, open countryside for walking, cycling and riding, yet under 5 miles from the A1.
