Set in a large, secluded garden just a few hundred yards from the coach and rail station, Gwyndra provides ample on-site car parking and is conveniently located on the Cornish Way, part of the National Cycle Network.

The accommodation includes two double en-suite rooms and one twin en-suite room. All guest rooms are generously sized and come equipped with a colour television, radio alarm, hairdryer, tea and coffee-making facilities, and ironing board upon request. The twin room is also available for single occupancy at an additional supplement.

Breakfast is served in the bright and airy dining room, where guests can enjoy a traditional full English breakfast alongside a selection of cereals, fruit, juices, tea, and freshly brewed coffee. Each room has been beautifully decorated and furnished as well as including amenities such as en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, flat screen TV, hair dryer and a hot beverage tray.

A tasty full Cornish breakfast is served along with cereals, toast, fruit juice, tea and coffee, but other menu options are available, including vegetarian.

Set in a wooded valley, just north of St Austell, we are 3 miles from the Eden Project, 11 miles from the Lost Gardens of Heligan and yet only 10 minutes from the A30, giving easy access to all the other Cornish places of interest. The Chapel makes a great centre for touring.

The Ship Inn at Mevagissey is a traditional Cornish Inn serving local real ales, locally sourced home cooked food and comfortable guest accommodation. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Food is served from 12.00 noon to 9.00pm in the summer. Winter: 12.00 noon to 3.00pm and 6.00pm to 9.00pm.Children are welcome with a special menu and highchair available. There is a varied selection of local landed fish on the blackboards daily.

The bar is open from 11.00am - 11.00pm Monday - Saturday and 12.00noon - 10.30pm on Sundays. Food is served from 12.00 noon to 9.00pm in the summer. Winter: 12.00 noon to 3.00pm and 6.00pm to 9.00pm.Children are welcome with a special menu and highchair available. Pets are allowed in the bar. They have live music at weekends and fun quiz in the week.

They are located in the traditional fishing village of Mevagissey and less than a minute to the picturesque Harbour. Lost Gardens of Heligan are within walking distance. They are also only a short drive to the Eden Project.

Honeycombe House is an imposing Victorian house situated high on the road above the picturesque 14th Century fishing port of Mevagissey, yet only a few minutes’ walk from the centre of the village. This amazing vantage point gives breathtaking panoramic views of both the outer and inner harbours. You will struggle to find a better view in the whole village than the ones enjoyed here and arguably this B&B has one of the best views in Cornwall.

There are guest rooms that can be let as double or twin rooms. They both have a TV, tea/coffee making facilities and a hairdryer. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the guest areas of the house. The rooms have the luxury of a large balcony overlooking the harbour and bay.

The conservatory breakfast room has a fabulous 180-degree panoramic view and from your table, you can follow the dramatic coastline stretching from Mevagissey across to Gribbin Head and as far as Rame Head. On a clear day, you can just about spot Eddystone Lighthouse on the far horizon located a further 9 miles south-west of Rame Head.

Whatever the weather, the view is constantly changing and there is always something to see, as both harbours are a hive of activity with fishing and pleasure boats constantly coming and going. You may even be lucky enough to spot seals, basking sharks or dolphins from the comfort of your breakfast table.

The B&B is ideally situated to visit the Lost Gardens of Heligan, a couple of minutes away by car, or the Eden Project which is only 9 miles away and the National Maritime Museum at Falmouth is only 30 miles away.

Mevagissey is an ideal base from which to explore the numerous delights of Cornwall.

You may even prefer to visit some of the many nearby beaches or stroll along the South West Coast Path which passes the house. A section of the National Cycle Network runs in front of Honeycombe House.
