www.thebandbdirectory.co.uk Gatcombe Court, Flax Bourton, Bristol

Gatcombe Court is an ancient family manor house which has grown from the original solar built by John de Gatcombe before 1254.

Guests stay in a wing of the house which, unlike the rest of it, has full central heating!
They have a separate sitting room and may collapse in privacy after a day either working, sight-seeing, or in pure leisure knowing that they will not be disturbed but also with no chores as the owners will bring you a delicious breakfast in the morning (served 7- 9.30am).
Outside there is ample private parking. Bristol is in easy (4 ½ miles to centre) reach there is several reasonable pubs to suit every palette and pocket locally. There is Pizza, Chinese, Fish and Chips and an Indian some of whom will deliver in Long Ashton (our nearest village ½ mile).
