www.thebandbdirectory.co.uk Rockleigh, Holyhead, Anglesey

Rockleigh Bed and Breakfast is ideally situated for catching the ferry to Ireland or a train as it is opposite the port and train station. It can be pinpointed as it is directly below Skinners Monument, a column built in memory of Captain John McGregor Skinner, the famous sea captain.

Every room is different, two having their own entrance and one with a garden view in the main building. All rooms are en suite, with tea and coffee facilities and TV. Wi Fi is also available. Full breakfast or something lighter is served in the breakfast room and special diets can be accomodated if advised in advance. Similarly, late arrivals can be accomodated with advance notice.
There is a small comfortable lounge for guests which leads on to a balcony for sun worshippers and smokers. There is also a patio at the front of the property.
The town of Holyhead is close being only 5 minutes walk across the beautiful Celtic Gateway Bridge, crossing the port. There are many restaurants, pubs, a variety of shops, a cinema, theatre and of course the amazing coastal walks. Rockleigh is situated actually on the Wales/Anglesey Coastal Path, so ideal for walkers. Cyclists are also welcome.
