Woodleigh Coach House is a Grade II listed building originally constructed by a London Brewer in the late 19th century. Situated in Cheriton Bishop, on the old stagecoach road from London to Exeter and Penzance, and in close proximity to Dartmoor, it was a perfect location to store and distribute beer around Devon and Cornwall.

Now a Bed and Breakfast Guest House located just off the main A30 dual carriageway provides excellent links to the West Country. Being only minutes from the main route has easy access to or from Exeter City Centre, Okehampton, Dartmoor National Park and Cornwall.

All rooms have been extensively refocused and refurbished with full en-suite facilities, colour TV and tea/coffee-making facilities.

The Cafe is open to the public as well as to the guests seven days a week from 8am till 5pm.
