It is situated overlooking the undisturbed town of Dawlish just 5 minutes walk from the centre with its shops, banks, cafe’s and railway.

The splendid accommodation is situated on the upper floors with stunning sea views, they are tastefully furnished and are equipped with tea & coffee making facilities, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Breakfast is served on the ground floor in our elegant dining room, which can also be used by our guests in the evening for the consumption of takeaway meals for which we are also happy to provide cutlery and crockery.

Dawlish Town:

This unspoilt small town, with its many shops and cafe’s has been popular with visitors for many years, among the more famous were Charles Dickens and Jane Austen.
