We have comfortable en-suite rooms with TV, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, large dining room, ample off-road parking, an undercover area for bicycles and motorbikes, guest garden and barbecue area.

Breakfast is generally between 8am and 9am. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure but you are welcome to leave your car/motorbike here while you visit the town.

Should you arrive by train we are one mile from Axminster Station in the direction of Chard. Exeter International Airport is just 35 minutes taxi ride from Mill Water House.

Within 5 - 10 minutes walk you will find Axminster shops, pubs and restaurants including Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstalls River Cottage Canteen & Deli.
