It is also close to the renown beauty spot of Bolton Abbey and the prestigious 5 star Devonshire Hotel, a favourite venue for weddings and receptions.

There is convenient free parking and safe storage for cyclists and the centrally heated rooms enjoy the open views of the fields and Embsay Crag, well known for the yearly Fell Race.
