This beautiful property is over 300 years old and has been a guest house for over 100 years. You can enjoy a truly homely atmosphere and lovely features such as oak panelling, creaky floorboards, cosy chairs and cushioned window seats.
Well-appointed double, twin and single rooms are available. Some of the rooms come with en suite facilities. All the rooms come with toiletries and a hairdryer.
You can unwind in the library and sitting room after a day sightseeing. The Tea Bar has hot and cold beverages, snacks, homemade cake, beer, wines and spirits.
Every morning a delicious breakfast is served around two large, oak refectory tables. A set four-course menu is prepared every day using local produce where possible. Vegetarian diets can be catered for. Dinner is available apart from on Tuesdays.
