St Paul's Lodge, York, North Yorkshire
St Paul's Lodge is a Grade II listed property located just a short walk from the city centre of York, North Yorkshire. This family-run guest house has a special feature in that it backs onto the only remaining Victorian square in the whole of the north of England.
There are several bedroom types available at the guest house and all are en suite, except one. Each room comes equipped with a flat-screen TV/DVD player, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, ironing facilities, towels, toiletries and radio/alarm clock.
In the morning, a substantial full English breakfast is served in the dining room which also leads out onto a patio area.
The guest house is close to a few places to eat and just a 10-minute walk from the city centre where you will find shops, nightlife and more places to eat. There are several places of interest to visit in the area such as the National Railway Museum, York Castle, York Dungeon, York Museum Gardens and Jorvik Viking Centre.
