Skeeby Lodge is a tranquil and pretty place to stay whilst discovering the beautiful scenery and wealth of historic places to visit in the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors. Skeeby is just 2 miles from the market town of Richmond in Swaledale. If you're travelling to the Lake District or Scotland, the accommodation is centrally located, 1.5 miles from Scotch Corner and the A1.
The house is a barn conversion which provides guest accommodation in the west wing of the courtyard garden with ample parking in the grounds. Each of the four guest rooms are at ground level with patios and individual access, so you can come and go as you please. In addition, there is a 1-acre field garden where you can relax.
All rooms are centrally heated with en-suite facilities of shower, WC and washbasin. There is a flat-screen TV and free WiFi access.
Help yourselves to cereal, juices and fruit followed by a traditional breakfast including free-range eggs and local butcher's dry-cured bacon and sausage. If you prefer something lighter, try the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon.
