Each en suite room welcomes you with tied bundles of White Company fluffy towels with Anta throws, cushions and stoneware and they are stocked with Glen Lyon coffee, cafetiere, homemade lemon shortbread, wine glasses, corkscrew and whatever else you may need.
Every morning the hosts offer a sumptuous breakfast using as much locally sourced and organic food as possible. You can linger over orange and infused homegrown rhubarb with organic yoghurt, freshly laid organic steading eggs, locally milled oatmeal porridge, Blair Athol Watermill seeded bread, Glenlyon roasted coffee and whatever else you fancy!
The accommodation is in the perfect location to explore the local area. The Steading lies 3 miles west of the market town of Aberfeldy in the Upper Tay Valley and is the ideal place to explore Highland Perthshire and beyond. There is hill walking, cycling, mountain biking, golf courses, salmon and trout fishing, clay pigeon shooting and a variety of watersports such as kayaking, gorge walking and white water rafting. Whilst in Aberfeldy be sure to also visit Castle Menzies and many art galleries.
