This area is a haven for walkers, cyclists and golfers. The number 1 National Cycle Route goes through the town. There is an abundance of courses within a 1 hour drive of the guest house.

Carnoustie has some interesting attractions such as Crombie Country Park and Monikie Country Park. It is also only 25 minutes away from Dundee which has a whole host of amenities and attractions.

Angus has a long history and a number of items of historic interest like Arbroath Abbey and the Pictish stones are located nearby.

The range of fine wines is sourced from Matthew Clark, who are suppliers of fine wines from around the world. The well stocked bar, consisting of a prestigious selection of malts from the local Distiller McCallan plus fine wines from around the world which include French Saint Emilion Grand Cru, Spanish Campo Viejo Rioja or Italian Sartori Pinot Grigio, supplied by Waverley. They also have a wide and varied selection of liqueurs in which our staff are highly trained to meet your every need from French Martinis to Mojitos.

Carnoustie is a lovely coastal town in Angus and is well known for its championship golf course. Windsurfing, canoeing and sailing are also enjoyed in the large shallow bay in the town.
