The bar has a traditional style, with a roaring fire in the cold winters, much welcomed after a long walk. 

At lunchtime, food is served buffet style, with everything laid out for you to see. Lunches are served from 12noon – 3pm Tuesdays to Saturdays. A more extensive menu is available in the evening.

We hold a weekly quiz night on Wednesday nights from 9pm, with a variety of quizzes covering all subjects such as sport, current events, film and music and general knowledge, often themed to help with those tricky questions that escape you! Traditional games like dominoes and cards can also be played.
