Cordilleras House is just a 3-minute walk from the centre of Richmond in North Yorkshire and offers beautifully appointed B&B rooms that are ideal for business and leisure guests alike. Richmond is situated at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park which makes it an ideal stop-off point for walkers and cyclists who are touring this beautiful area.

The Grade II Georgian townhouse has been sympathetically restored to ensure you are comfortable & relaxed during your stay. There are 4 B&B rooms available, 1 double with an en suite bathroom, 2 double or twin rooms with en suite bathrooms and 1 double/twin/family room with a superb private bathroom, with dressing gowns provided in the bedroom.

On arrival, between 4pm and 6pm, you will be greeted with a freshly made hot or cold drink and delicious home baking. In the morning, your freshly prepared breakfast will be cooked from locally sourced produce.

Cordilleras House is directly on the famous Coast to Coast long distance footpath, with Richmond marking the halfway point. Leaving aside long distant routes, Richmond is an ideal base for day walks from the doorstep of Cordilleras House or from starting points a short drive into the Dales. Cordilleras House offers a wide range of walking guides and maps which may be borrowed during your stay.

Inglenook Guest House provides comfortable accommodation in a peaceful road within the heart of Ingleton. This is a quaint village with good amenities. The house is on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and it is a great base for exploring Carnforth and surrounding attractions.

There are 4 guest bedrooms available which are all en suite. They all have a TV, Wi-Fi, tea/coffee making facilities, biscuits and fresh milk. Guest rooms at the front of the house look out to Ingleborough Mountain while the rooms at the back look over the River Greta and Greta Gorge.

There is access to a fridge, ideal to chill some beer or prosecco.

This is a great base for outdoor pursuits which include walking, biking, climbing and caving. There are many interesting places to visit close by. These include Ingleton Waterfalls Trails, White Scar Caves, Yorkshire Three Peaks and Carnforth Station Heritage Centre.

The dramatic climb over Buttertubs Pass to Hawes is an unforgettable trip and a visit to Tan Hill, England’s highest Inn, takes you over a great expanse of heather moorland which in the summer is home to many birds, including black grouse, curlew, lapwing, golden plover, ring ouzel, snipe, woodcock, short-eared owl.

We have five en suite letting bedrooms comprising of one single room, three double rooms and one twin bedded room, all with good size bathrooms. The double and twin rooms have a bath and shower whilst the single room has a good size shower.
