Three Acres Bed & Breakfast offers guest accommodation in three acres of grounds away from the Gatwick flight path at Hookwood in Surrey.
There are various stylish rooms available plus also a self-contained annexe and holiday caravans.
The single room is totally self-contained with microwave, fridge and TV.
The self-catering annexe can be set up as a double or a twin ensuite. This has its own private dining area and its own front door as well.
The super large self-contained annexe can sleep up to 6 people and has its own family bathroom, own front door and its own private dining area. There is also a fridge, microwave and cable TV in the annexe.
The rooms all have fresh towels and toiletries plus there are tea and coffee making facilities and bottled spring water.
All guests can use the 2.5 acres of grounds and there are seating and picnic areas available around the grounds.
There is plenty to see and do in the area for all ages including:
Tilgate Park.
Box Hill.
