As the name may suggest, Candlewyck is a converted "Candle Wyck" factory situated in the historic, south Lakes town of Ulverston. Ulverston nestles between the Lake District National Park (Windermere and the Central Lake District only a 20 minute drive) and the Cumbrian Coast, so whatever you fancy doing there is always somewhere to go or something to see.

We aim to offer a relaxed and friendly service that is not too expensive. Above all we want you to feel at home so that you enjoy your stay in this beautiful country home. 

With views up the valley and the town centre (boasting 27 places to eat!) only a 5 minute walk away, Candlewyck provides the best of both worlds and makes the perfect place to stay for a luxury weekend, or if you like it you could spend the whole week!
