Tamarix, Well-next-the-Sea, Norfolk
Tamarix offers bed and breakfast accommodation in the pretty Norfolk town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Located in a quiet area, the B&B is just a short stroll from the shops and the quay.
The bed and breakfast has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both rooms are en suite with full-size showers. Facilities in the room include flat wide screen television with Freeview, clock radio alarms, hairdryer, tea, coffee and biscuits plus a full-length mirror.
Breakfast is served in the dining room which overlooks the garden at the rear of the house. The large table can be arranged to suit various seating arrangements.
Wells-next-the-Sea is a popular seaside resort which has a working quay where fishermen continue their trade. It is also very popular with private boat owners who moor up alongside the marina. There are boat trips to see the seals that have a colony a little further along the coast.
There are beautiful walks for those walking their dogs or taking a family outing to absorb the beautiful scenery of the surrounding area. There are many stately homes in the area to visit including Sandringham Royal Park and a little closer to home, Holkham Hall, just 2 miles away.
