The 16th Century Cornish Arms in Pendoggett is a popular village inn located just 2 miles from Port Isaac known for the famous Fisherman's Friends Shanty Singers and the Doc Martin Series. All bedrooms and the bar/restaurant were fully refurbished in 2020.
There is parking available for residents on-site and a bus stop outside the door which goes to beautiful Port Isaac for guests who'd prefer not to drive. At the Cornish Arms, the team aim to provide comfortable accommodation in a friendly, relaxed, village atmosphere.
The head chef prepares food made from fresh, local produce. There is a range of real ales, lagers and ciders, as well as guest ales. The menu is short, seasonal and delicious and the focus is on local seafood, particularly Cornish Crab dishes usually featuring what local fishermen catch on the day.
