The George Inn offers wonderful bed & breakfast accommodation in the village of Robertsbridge. This 18th Century dog-friendly village pub in East Sussex offers fantastic food from local suppliers and is perfect for a memorable getaway.

We have a range of bedrooms available. All the rooms are stylish and are finished to a high standard. You can choose from 4 rooms: Pooke, Hilaire, Bamfylde and Padyhame.

Pooke

This classic luxury super-king/twin room comes with a Hypnos bed, an en suite shower and a separate bathroom with travertine tiles, heated mirrors and warming towel rails. An extra fold-up bed or travel cot added if required.

Hillaire

This king room comes with antique furniture, a king-size bed and an en suite with a monsoon shower, plus travertine tiles, a heated mirror and a warming towel rail.

Bamfylde

This deluxe super-king/twin room has two large Georgian windows that offer views of the village. The room has an en suite monsoon shower and a separate bathroom.

Padyhame

This superior king-size room features a Hypnos bed, window seat and antique furniture. There is an en suite bathroom with travertine tiles, a heated mirror and a warming towel rail. One or two additional fold-up beds or a travel cot can be added if required, ideal for families.

You can look forward to a fantastic breakfast, including homemade museum or granola, fruity seasonal compote and local natural yoghurt, followed by a range of hot options including Full English.

The gastro pub offers delicious food all day, even on Mondays. They source fruit, vegetables and meat from local suppliers. The kitchen also makes their bread, bakes pies and creates wonder desserts. They also offer guest beers from local suppliers.

They are based near the towns of f Hastings, Royal Tunbridge Wells and Battle, making us a great base for exploring the area. Visit the National Trust properties or explore the gardens at Great Dixter. The train station is only 10 minutes away.

The family sized Purple Persian structures include a main double bed, two double sofa beds, two single futons and a wood burning stove. Electric fan heating and power sockets are also included. Our Mammoth Mongolian has 2 double beds, 2 double sofa bed, 4 single futons and can accommodate from 4 – 10 people. This also has its own log burning stove and its own marquee/

The romantic Moroccan woodland yurt can fit between two and four guests and offers a luxury camping experience nestled in an idyllic, tranquil, ancient bluebell wood. With lush silk and satin fabrics, fully insulated wooden flooring, twinkle candle and solar lighting and a 7ft round bed, centrally located so you can gaze up at the stars through the large perspex dome at the centre of the yurt.

Whilst the yurts are self catering, we offer the option of an award winning breakfast, vintage teas, pizza parties and a complimentary hot and cold beverage station

Surrounded by 10-acre gardens and bluebell woodland, it has luxurious bedrooms and offers fashionable ‘glamping’, with traditional woodland huts, tipis and bell tents, with real beds and electric blankets.

The impressive suites offer free WiFi, a satellite LCD TV and feature an en suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The woodland yurt huts and the colourful tipis offer self-catering facilities and benefit from the use of modern shower rooms.

The smaller Yurt, suitable to 2 to 4 people, features a glass dome to see up to the stars and a large round bed. The larger yurt, suitable to 4 to 8 people, features a wood-burning stove. The Tipis contain one real bed with an electric blanket, as well as futons. You need only bring a sleeping bag or you can hire linen.
