Our B and B has lovely gardens with the East Lyn River running along 80 metres of our northern boundary.  Our guests are welcome to bring their own tackle and try their luck for the many trout and salmon which pass by.  Permits are also available locally to fish the three mile stretch of river between Brendon and Lynmouth.
