A
fountain plays in the remains of the old moat in the lovely south facing

across the water meadows and valley beyond. This is somewhere very special to
stay, relax and unwind and yet be in easy reach of all the many wonderful
places along the heritage coast and surrounding area of Suffolk.

house is warm with central heating and open fires.
