www.thebandbdirectory.co.uk Reason Hill, Linton, Maidstone, Kent

Reason Hill is a Kentish farmhouse with 17th Century origins, set within our 200 acre fruit farm.

The house is perched on the edge of the Weald of Kent with stunning views south over orchards and oast houses.

The house was renovated two years ago and an orangery added, leading off the stone flagged kitchen. Breakfast is served here, or weather permitting, on the terrace.

There are four rooms available for B&B.

Surrounded by orchards, the blossom is beautiful in spring and there are fresh raspberries and strawberries for breakfast all summer. There are lovely local walks and the Greensand Way (Hazlemere to Hamstreet) runs along the bottom of the farm.

There are three good local pubs within a mile, and many more excellent pubs and restaurants in the vicinity.
