Blue Quay Rooms forms part of a 200 year old house situated on the harbour front in the tranquil market town of Clifden in Co Galway. This modern, stylish guest house has been wonderfully brought up to date and offers contemporary, impeccable guest rooms at affordable prices.
Blue Quay can accommodate small groups of up to 22 people in 11 guest rooms ranging from doubles, twins, families and triple guest rooms. Blue Quay is ideal for walkers, cyclists, family reunions- you name it! All but one of the guestrooms has serene views of the harbour below and all rooms have great modern showers with brand new plumbing. There are also options available for renting the entire house for private parties by arrangement.
A complimentary light breakfast is included within the room rate and is served daily in our stylish dining room.
Blue Quay Rooms are only a three minute walk from Clifden town centre where you will find a good selection of places to eat, bars, restaurants and many good shops. Clifden town known as the “Capital of Connemara” boasts a thriving tourism industry as its unique and picturesque setting between the foothills of the Twelve Bens and the Atlantic Ocean attracts thousands of visitors annually.
Activities include golf, fishing, mountain climbing, hiking, walking, cycling, pony riding swimming, surfing, kayaking and diving.
