Built in the 19th Century, this traditional Lakeland slate house is an ideal base for exploring the natural beauty of the Lake District. Situated in a quiet location, it is within easy walking distance of the train and bus stations, the lake and all local amenities. There is ample street parking with no restrictions or fees.
There are five bedrooms available including double, family, twin and single. Each of the rooms is fully en-suite, comfortably furnished and have a hospitality tray and colour television.
The dining room is presented with white linen table covers and crockery to match, with a 1960s theme. There is a wide choice menu serving fruit juices, fruit segments, fresh fruit and cereals, followed by a choice of traditional, vegetarian or continental breakfast, all home-cooked and served to your taste.
After a hard day's hillwalking or a tiring day's touring or simply a leisurely day on the Lake, watch the sun go down in the garden whilst reflecting on the beauty of the Lake District.
