Dean Farm Bed & Breakfast, Kilmeston, Alresford, Hampshire
Dean Farm Bed & Breakfast is an 18th Century red brick & hang tiled farmhouse situated in the village of Kilmeston near Alresford on the edge of the Hampshire Downs within the South Downs National Park.
The bed & breakfast is beautifully furnished with an emphasis on warmth and comfort with mature gardens.
The double & twin guest rooms have en suite facilities with a private bathroom for the remaining double, each with tea/coffee making facilities. All guest rooms look out over the lovely south facing garden to the fields beyond.
Breakfast is substantial and has to be seen to be believed! There is a mouthwatering selection of bread, cheeses, yoghurts, fresh & dried fruits, various teas & fresh coffee!
The farm is close to the historic city of Winchester, the ancient capital of Wessex and the New Forest, the maritime centres of Southampton and Portsmouth. London is only 55 minutes by train. It is ideally placed as a resting place before or after ferries to and from the continent or the Isle of Wight. The farm is mainly arable with a small flock of sheep.
