Hollybank House is a listed country house set in a 10-acre garden offering B & B accommodation in Emsworth on the South Coast between Portsmouth and Chichester.
All the rooms are comfortable and spacious with en-suite bathrooms, TV, radio/alarm, hairdryer and tea/coffee facilities. Emsworth is an attractive old fishing village with a large variety of cafes, restaurants, pubs, and harbour walks.
The house overlooks Chichester Harbour and is close to Chichester, Goodwood, Stansted House, Portsmouth and the Historic Dockyard, the Ferry Port, Hayling Island, Uppark House and the South Downs and is within easy reach of the South Downs, Petworth Park, Midhurst and Arundel Castle.
Breakfast is served around the large table in the elegant dining room with many choices of fruit, cereals, fruit juices and yoghourts, a delicious Aga cooked breakfast with eggs from our own hens, smoked salmon and eggs, or freshly baked croissants, and a selection of home-made jams, marmalade and honey.
