www.thebandbdirectory.co.uk Sandpit Farm, Saxmundham, Suffolk

The river Alde meanders along the boundary of our gardens, wild flower orchard, woods and ponds.

A fountain plays in the remains of the old moat in the lovely south facing garden, surrounded by mellow brick walls opening out to the stunning views across the water meadows and valley beyond. This is somewhere very special to stay, relax and unwind and yet be in easy reach of all the many wonderful places along the heritage coast and surrounding area of Suffolk.

Two comfortable bedrooms, double/twin, decorated and attractively furnished in keeping with our home.

Enjoy the peace, tranquillity and beauty of a mellow Grade II listed house and gardens, hidden in the magical Alde Valley at Bruisyard. A wonderful rural location with stunning views.

Sit in front of a log fire in the winter. In summer play tennis on the hard tennis court or read in the secret garden. Breakfast is served in the dining room and you will be offered a choice of delicious home made and local produce. The house is warm with central heating and open fires.
