Full central heating is provided out of season, alternative heating in the summer months if required. Keys provided with access at all times.

We also have a garden, and car parking. All prices are inclusive of breakfast, which is served in the dining room from 8.00am to 9.00am. We have a buffet style breakfast bar, followed by a choice of full English, Continental or Vegetarian Breakfast.

Four main beaches surround the town, which provides swimming, surfing, fishing and boat trips, to name just a few things to do. St Ives is recognised as one of the most beautiful bays in the world, and has a reputation as being a centre for artists.
