Craiglemine Cottage B&B offers relaxing and comfortable accommodation in Glasserton near Whithorn. It is a wonderful place to unwind for a short break or a longer holiday in Dumfries & Galloway.
There are two peaceful and well-appointed rooms available. The double/family room comes with a washbasin and boasts superb views to the distant Galloway Hills. Extra beds can be added for small children. A single/twin room is brimming with light and south-facing. Each room has tea/coffee making facilities and an alarm clock.
The spacious resident's lounge/dining room is a perfect place to unwind after a day sightseeing. Although the cottage is centrally heated throughout, the cast iron stove in the stone fireplace provides a cosy warmth for the autumn and winter evenings.
The room price includes a full Scottish breakfast served at a time to suit you up to 9 am. The owners can also cater for vegetarian, celiac or any other dietary requirements. An excellent 2-course home-cooked evening meal is available on request and Helen has gained a good reputation for the high quality of her cooking.
