Knockbain House, Dingwall, Ross-Shire, Scottish Highlands
Knockbain House is set in a lovely rural setting in the Scottish Highlands, one mile from Dingwall, the county town of Ross & Cromarty. This is an ideal base for tourist or business visitors.
David and Denise Lockett have been at Knockbain since 1973. The house is on a working mixed farm and offers fine views of the Cromarty Firth and Black Isle. It was completely rebuilt and extended in 2008 allowing the owners to provide guests with a separate bedroom wing and warm and comfortable welcome.
There is 2 acres of landscaped garden for your enjoyment and relaxation. Or pull on a pair of walking boots and take a walk around the farm.
The accommodation is perfectly positioned for exploring the North and West Highlands; travelling to Skye, by ferry to the Hebrides and Orkney and within easy reach of Inverness for air, road and rail links.
