Dupplin152 is an award-winning bed and breakfast in the west end of Dundee. It is an exclusive adults-only B&B, offering comfortable and well-appointed accommodation that is suitable for both business and leisure guests.
This charming property still retains much of its original charm and character, with the features being carefully renovated and cared for. There are two guest rooms available, both of which include:
Either king or super-king size bed dressed in high-quality bedding, feather duvet and pillows.

Fresh & instant coffee.
Choice of teas and biscuits.

For breakfast, there is plenty of continental choices and warm pastries to ward off the hunger pangs until your hot food arrives. Fresh coffee, excellent chocolate and a selection of teas can also be “to go” when you leave, along with any pastries you didn’t have room for. The armchair, Smart TV and original Victorian fireplace all add to the relaxed atmosphere, especially when the fire’s lit on dull winter mornings.
The neighbourhood is residential and is home to a collection of houses which also date back to around 1877. The B&B was once a doctor’s surgery for the area. The bus stop is only 100 yards from the house where you can find a reliable bus service (28/29) into the city every 10 minutes.
